“Very slightly sparkling. Stone on the v. faint nose. Highly acidic. 2 out of 10 on the sweetness scale. Green apple, baby’s breath, lemon, gooseberry, passion fruit, arugula, & kiwi. Excellent aperitif. Had it w/ spinach mozzarella ravioli & green salad. Went extremely well.”
