“Vinho orgânico jovem e econômico, uva Pinot Noir um pouco longe da sua zona de conforto, no calor do Sul da França. Cereja, morango, leve floral, cravo, mineral. Vinhedos de 12 anos em Mas de Lunès, solo argilo calcáreo, 7,5t/ha. Colheita mecânica, fermentação a 23-28C e 6 meses em tanques de inox, 13,5% álcool. Tacinha acompanhou muito bem prato vegano de berinjela com creme de alho e menta da Sofi no Restaurante Bread & Wine em Tromso! 🍇🍷🍷😃”
