“Again rating the white capsule (ie dry version). As all wines of MM, spontaneously fermented and aged in large used oak barrel. Pale golden color. Intense Aromas of wet stone, slate, a little wet forest floor, followed by ripe apricot, honey, ripe grapefruit, touch of vanilla.”
