“N: Apricot, toasty, creamy, apple, chalk, vanilla, hint of smoke, P: Full power. Seriously one of the heaviest champagnes I’ve tried so far (105th), mid acid. Also sweet for a brut nature. F: mid-long Very Interesting. The apricot is amazing. And the full power too 👌 I thought the Shaman was a bit overrated but this is great! Update: This is great. I’ve updated it 4.5->5”
