“Second time I have had this outstanding classic method sparkling and loved it just like the first time! 2015 vintage, 100% Nero Buono grapes, 60 months on lees, no dosage. It's bright, creamy, acidic, complex and with a unique bouquet of aromas and flavours. Yellow apple, lime, orange, pastry and subtle notes of apricot, menthol and liquorice.”
