Is Albariño a good wine?
What reviewers say
“This awkward blue bottle looks especially racy in the magnum version, thus Spanish restaurants love to keep the magnum on their by-the-glass wine list and I have had the pleasure of tasting it three times in recent days. This is quite a gorgeous Albariño: at first it has the usual Albariño drive, citrus, pear, apple and saline mineral notes. As it warms up and evolves in the glass there’s an exotic fruity hint and it becomes quite rounded and juicy.”
