“Let me introduce you to Grillo, also known as Riddu and Rossese bianco, is a white Italian wine grape variety that withstands high temperatures and is widely used in Sicilian winemaking and, in particular, for making Marsala. Sweet pear dominant stone fruit and grapefruit pith sweeten my Friday night. Proper apple acids are the ones to balance the harmony. Really nice new Acquaintance. Unfortunately I can’t enjoy it all outside as the wasps like it a lot.”
