“Pale lemon in colour with a light intensity aroma of citrus fruits - lemon and lime and tropical fruits of melon In the mouth it’s dry with a taste of tropical fruits - melon, mango, lychee and a little herbaceous with green bell peppers and grass. Medium level of acidity and alcohol at 12.5%. Medium bodied it leaves a crisp clean freshness in the mouth. A medium flavour intensity with a medium finish”
