“Excepcional safra de Pinot Noir da Borgonha. Aos olhos salta-se a cor rubi profunda e no nariz revela um buquê que se abre para uma cesta de frutas vermelhas e pretas, pouco apimentado. O paladar muito agradável, estruturado, flexível, redondo, volumoso, acidez bem controlada e final longo. A elegância transcende o belo rótulo. Recomendo decantação de 18/20 min em decanter se cristal amplo e temperatura de operação entorno de 16/17ºc.”
