“Ercavio by Bodegas Más que Vinos comes from the picturesque area near the enchanting city of Toledo. This delightful tempranillo has finesse and well structured tannins. On the nose were aromas of red fruit, plum, vanilla, nutmeg & cinnamon. On the palate I found flavors of black fruit, cherry, leather, oak, cocoa & tobacco. This paired beautifully with a pork dish. "A beber y a tragar, que el mundo se va a acabar." 🍷 ¡Salud!”
