After leaving it in the fridge to keep its qualities as long as possible, I opened it again, Tuesday, at the end of the day to see the evolution and to refresh myself, because the heat wave is around ... It still has a super dry character and is now somewhat acidic, but the super red fruit character has increased, now highlighting strong notes of red currant, reminiscent of the aroma of red currant syrup... Rated, thusday, 2/8/22”
