“A really rare and almost lost Cretan variety called Plyto. Fantastic job from Lyrarakis winery (my favorite till now from the big island). Very promising variety. Light yellow color. Nice acidity aromas of summer fruits and citrus. Balanced and great fish food company. Recommended”
