“Dit is echt een ervaring. Het is een soort rosé maar eigenlijk meer een 'orange wine'. Door schilcontact is de kleur ontstaan en de smaak heeft aangename bitters. Grapefruit, citrus en aardbei. Eerst wat gesloten maar met wat opwarming in het glas wordt het redelijk uitbundig.”
