Is Ancestrale Malvasia Orange Biodinamico a good wine?
What reviewers say
“Very pleasing sparkling wine with an orange twist worth attention. Medium-bodied with light, slightly grippy tannins and a subtle minerals edge, though I wished for more depth. Bright notes of lemon, grapefruit zest and tonic-like bitterness dominate, strongly reminiscent of grapefruit Schweppes. Insight: fermented with skin contact and bottled undisgorged using the ancestral pét-nat method, which explains the tea-like tannins and bitter citrus character. @[1|36074217|Mykhailo Syrota] cheers!”
