“Bär, lack, banana skids. Bättre i år, men det är ju också annat vinhus. Härlig syra. Dracks traditionsenligt till årets första skinkmackor, men i år med rödbetssallad bredvid. Börja med en glögg och sen en julöl och en whisky, sen den här till mackan också något vasst efteråt med balkongdörren öppen mot förvintern. En snaps är inte fel. Skål!”
