Aroma's van witte bloemen, gist, citroen, peer, appel, wit perzik, frangipane, brioche, pomelo, kalk. Droge mousserende wijn, volop fruit, beetje rond en vol, knapperige frisse mousse, afgetopte zuren, bittertje, zachte mineraliteit. Evenwichtig, karaktervol, mooie diepgang. Medium plus afdronk. De betere in zijn soort.”
