“Blend of 38% Zweigelt, 22% Pinot Noir, 12% Chardonnay, 15% Pinot Gris, 10% Pinot Blanc, 3% St. Laurent aged in stainless steel tanks on full lees for 4 months, after racking in January another 5 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks. Disgorged in July 2021.”

Summary
Fine mousseux showing. The nose is very pure with scent of yellow apples and some grapefruit. Complex layers of brioche in the background, due to the bottle maturation and the 2007 Chardonnay, which was used for the liqeur d’expedition. The vibrant acidity and the fine, stylish fruit character impart this fizz additional elegance. Beautifully mellow with some creaminess
