“Albicocca estremamente definita al naso, in bocca non troppo dolce e ancora sapido, con una punta di acidità che rinfresca. Un grande vino, che nasce da una storia non propriamente lineare, dalla volontà di andare oltre i soliti meccanismi della zona, riuscendoci in pieno e portando un po' di sana qualità sui Colli Bolognesi.”
