“Appearance: medium straw, almost lemon colored. Steady columns of bubbles, not that significant a mousse. Nose: medium intensity. lemon curd, nuttiness, almond, toast, peach, banana, vanilla. Palate: quite bubbly. Lots of vanilla, almond, pear. Grapefruit, apricot, green apple.”
