“Color tenue cristallino abbastanza consistente, al naso intenso,sentori fruttati tra cui spicca il litchi e la pesca, ma anche frutti rosdo, tra cui lampone, note floreali tra cui la rosa e balsamiche tra cui la salvia, secco, abbastanza caldo e morbido, fresco e abbastanza sapido, equilibrato, abbastanza persistente e armonico di qualità fine...un vino elegante e fresco, beverino, ottimo con piatti di pesce, tartare di mare o frutti di mare crudi”
