“Very nice crémant. Pale gold color. Aroma of apple, pear, mild citrus. Bright acidity with some toast flavor. Gentle but lively fizzy bubble. Mild mineral taste. Medium body with nice medium finish. Chardonnay (42%), Pinot noir (38%), and Gamay (20%). Enjoyed it with dry fried chicken and Chinese Korean jjampong. Also Chilean sea bass”
