Stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, aged on fine lees for 6 mons+ and full malolactic fermentation. 👃🏽Bright & clean citrus, lemon zest, subtle green apple, whiteblossoms, wet stones, and subtle flint ["Flat Champagne"] 👅Lean and razor-sharp acidity.
