Stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts, aged on fine lees for 6 mons+ and full malolactic fermentation. 👃🏽Bright & clean citrus, lemon zest, subtle green apple, whiteblossoms, wet stones, and subtle flint ["Flat Champagne"] 👅Lean and razor-sharp acidity. Lemon pith, green pear, mango, chalky minerality. Med bod, dry finish with lingering salinity. Pure, unoaked, and lively 👌🏽💘”
