“Un Pic Saint-Loup d’un plaisir rapace. Demande à être ouvert quelques heures à l’avance afin de troquer quelques années de vieillissement. Au nez, c’est frais et d’un fruit noir intense voir compoté (mûre, prune). Ensuite, la palette olfactive est plus ample, développant des notes épicés de réglisse, garrigue, cannelle, curry et de cacao. En bouche c’est cohérent, on retrouve bien la balance entre le juteux du fruit et le caractère riche du vin.”
