“Fortified (Port-like) wine of SAR, Very nice to sip instead of original Ruby Port - quite dense, balanced 50/50 Syrah/Pinotage, harvested at optimal maturity and fermented in SS vats. Grape spirit added. Aged for 7 months in oak/inox . Deep dark cherry red, crimson rim.”
