“Nothing is more difficult than understanding exactly what we see Med rose-grey color Med+ nose, cherry, cranberry, strawberry, grapefruit, guava, honeysuckle, chamomile, rose petal, dried herbs, fennel, minerals, chalk, honeycomb Palate off-dry, med body, high acid, med- tannins, med alcohol, oily texture, med+ flavors intensity & med+ spicy finish Since Moschofilero is a dark-skin grape what more could be done than a wonderful rose. Lovely bouquet, fresh acid & there it is! Simple as that.”
