“Sustainable farming. 100% Blaufränkisch on sand, clay and marl underneath. Hand-picked grapes, “bled” for about 4 hours. Natural fermentation that is closely monitored. Colour is really enticing, a coral pink. Scent of pineberry and peach. Vibrant acidity, saline, feel the carbonated bubbles throughout. Interesting interplay between underripe red fruit and bitters on the finish which has slight length and liveliness.”
