“A lovely light sprightly drink-now quaffer recommended by Andrew at our local cellar, Mackenzie Row; unusual bottle with 1853 embossed on it; clear crimson red hues (apparently unfiltered and unrefined); strawberries and raspberries with a hint of vloves on the nose; plentiful flavours of red forest berries with soft but powdery tannins; pleasant but not a lot of complexity or cellaring potential, so drink now!”
