“Al naso brioche e toast. Al palato classico lievito con mela e ottima mineralità. La presenza del pinot nero, assieme al fatto che si tratta di un vintage (bevo annata 2013 nel 2024) dona lunghezza e complessità. Ottimo champagne classico, fortemente tradizionale.”
