“My favorite sparkling wine at the PA Fine Wines Friday night tasting (May be a bit biased as J was one of the wineries visited on my first trip to Sonoma many moons ago😊). Tiny bubbles make way for aromas of golden apple, Bosc pears and yeasty bread.”
