“Great! Kate’s 40 Clear, medium, pink ruby. Nose: Ripe red fruit, red cherry, raspberry purée and wild strawberry. Soft tones of Ripe green fruit, baked apples and white peach. Rich autolysis tones of brioche, bread yeast and pastry. Palate: Juicy, smooth, vibrant and so rich.”
