“Picked up from Majestic Wine in 2019, and aged a while longer than I usually do. This tradition is now ended, as Telmont (as they currently brand themselves) have severed their ties with MWW and follow their eco goals funded by Leonardo di Caprio. The wine is delicious. Still pale colour and forceful mousse. Aromas and flavours of ripe red apples, little autolysis but a creamy depth. No sign of fading, this could clearly go on for some time yet.”

Summary
Pale yellow robe with golden reflections. The sparkle is fine enough initially and then become fine and very continuous and numerous. The olfactory impact is identified with rennet pretty mature, intense, followed by iodine, salt, balsamic notes, wafer cone homemade ice cream, glue Coccoina almond and coconut milk, citrus fruit, eggnog, honey, fresh scalp hairy , vanilla, finishing with panbrioche puffs.
