“Tasted blind. Med+ yellow w/ a gold hue. Ripe lemon, yellow apple, white peach, butter, cream, w/ a hint of vanilla and oak spice. Stainless steel, w/ partial aging in new French oak. Dry, but w/ plenty of fruit. Med acid, med+ alcohol (13.5%).”
