“Nose packed with fresh creamy notes, plenty of citrus peel and beautiful minerals, along with delicate orchard fruits. As it opens up, the fruit - gooseberries, apples and pears, herbs and wax grew stronger, however the strength of minerality stays. Developed quite nicely. ❤️ On the palate, minerality and citrus fruits dominate again, but ripe peachy, fruitful and light nutty notes make an appearance too throughout. Fairly high and fresh acidity and very good length.”
