“Presenta un color violeta que remata en ribetes púrpura, densidad alta y lágrimas gruesas, en naríz es frutal con notas evidentes de chocolate negro, ciruela, canela y anís estrellado, el ataque es tanico y frutal con dejos de cereza y frutillas, que evolucionan en especias de otoño, su permanencia es grata y duradera. Muy recomendable para carnes rojas y vegetales a la parrilla.”
