“Getrunken Juni 2025. Im Glas mittleres Gelb/Goldgelb. In der Nase erinnert er mich sehr an Riesling. Petrolisch, rauchig, mineralisch, Blüten von Steinobst, Bienenwachs, kräutrig. Am Gaumen trocken, mittelschlanker Körper, perfekt gereifte Baumfrucht, Kräuterwürze. Säure die selten so gut eingebaut ist in einem Wein. Wunderbar balanciert, Abgang nicht endlos aber sehr angenehm. Für mich unglaublich! Mineralien Honig Apfel Bienenwachs Grüner Apfel Pfirsich”
