“Der Wein wurde über 15 Tage bei einer Temperatur von 22°C fermentiert und reifte noch einige Zeit auf der Hefe, Sulfite wurden nicht zugesetzt. Im Glas zeigt er sich in einem intensiven Rot mit violettem Rand. Das Bouquet wartet mit Noten von reifen roten Früchten, Brombeeren und Blaubeeren auf. Am Gaumen zeigt er eine wunderbare Frische mit weichen Tanninen und einer sehr ausgewogenen Balance, noch einmal kommen die Aromen reifer Früchte zum Ausdruck.”
