“100% Agiorgitiko Grecia / Peloponeso / Corintia De cuerpo medio, cereza roja, fresa, ciruela, pimienta negra, umami, tierra húmeda sin crianza en barrica. Pura expresión natural de fruta. Acidez brillante y taninos finos, fácil de beber. La bodega empezó con vinos de garaje cerca de los viñedos de su familia. Sin financiación ni recursos, se vio obligada a depender de tecnología básica y adoptar técnicas de elaboración de vino de baja intervención. Certificación ecológica.”
