“Blackberry jam, oak, and baking spices on the nose. Blackberry, cherry, cedar, blueberry, and cola on the tongue. Two out of ten on the sweetness scale. Very smooth and delicious! Served it with mildly spicy lamb saag, rice, and cooked carrots. Excellent pairing!”
