“Mela verde limone lievito. Bel colore giallo tendente al verde. Bolla che sollletica durante tutto il sorso. Ha un certo carattere ma anche eleganza, dovuta alla ottima miscelazione di chardonnay, pinot bianco e pinot nero. Provato con pasta al pesto alla genovese e tartare di salmone, esperimento riuscito.”
