“Raw Wine MTL 2025! After having visited the domaine 2 years ago, I was curious to taste the few wines I had not been able to back then! This is 100% Catarratto, which went through 10 days of skin contact and was aged for 10 months in epoxy containers that I very much remember from their simplistic allure! About 6000 bottles produced! Orange peel, honey, dried herbs and minerality all over. Medium+ finish. Very good.”
