“Marsala kannte ich bisher eher aus Marsala-Saucen - also gut zum kochen… aber zum trinken? Doch dieser von Florio ist toll! Davon wurden nur etwas mehr als 3500 Flaschen produziert und er wurde 6 Jahre in Eichenfässern gelagert. Alles schön komplex und spannend. Neue, unbekannte Aromenstruktur kandierte Früchte, Nüsse, Kaffee, Vanille. Schönes Spiel zwischen Süsse und Säure. Einfach wieder mal was ganz anderes!”
