“It was my birthday yestetday and my gf got me this bottle of Pét Nat Riesling from Mosel. I can't remember downing a bottle this fast before. Absolutely delicious! The grapes from 2011-2012. 50 % on oak, 50 % steel. Fermented on bottle for five years.”
