“Au nez, des notes fruitées sur les fruits blancs et quelques touches d'agrume. Un côté végétal également, sur la fougère et l'herbe fraîche, mais aussi une serie plus minérale sur la pierre à fusil. En bouche, un vin sec, frais mais avec du caractère. Une attaque plutôt vive où l'on retrouve la pêche blanche et les agrumes, puis un côté un peu plus amer sur le minéral avec un côté salin et des notes de pamplemousse, qui restent bien en bouche. Un cépage à découvrir !”
