“Med golden color. Nose of gooseberry, orange zest, beeswax, honey, stewed apple. Golden apple, stewed apple, hints of gooseberry, pear, orange zest, honey, minerals, cream. Med+ body, med+ to high acidity, med+ finish. Albariño fermented and shortly aged in french barrique.”

Summary
Lovely straw yellow, clean and bright in colour, its nose is reminiscent of ripe crystallized fruit, lush forests, distant spices. The palate is tasty, elegant enveloping and oily, with the balance of old familiar settings.
