“They insist ramato is not rosato as it’s made of Pino Grigio which is technically white. But it’s not an orange wine also as the skin contact there lasts for just 4-6 hours. In fact it looks like rosé and tastes like rosé - light copper appearance, red apple and grapefruit nose and palate. Elastic light to medium body, medium+ acidity successfully covering 13.5% abv, noble bitterness in the end, and fruity lollipop aftertaste. Truly funnier than the regular made young PG.”
