“Very nice pas dose’ from Piedmont. Pale yellow, crisp aromas of apples and orchard fruit. Like biting into a fresh green apple! Apples, grapefruit, citrus, peaches, apricots, light strawberry notes, some tropical fruits. Well integrated autolysis notes, brioche, light toast, yeast, honey, creamy mouthfeel.”
