“Guardado 2 años a 15 grados C. Muestra sutil evolución de la fruta. Encuentro en nariz ciruelas maduras, arandanos, tierra húmeda, terracota. En boca tiene buen peso, es redondo, taninos secantes firmes, buena acidez y mineralidad particular de la zona de Valle de Uco.”
