“A delicious and refreshing starter this organic pet-nat. A blend of 70% Xarel-lo and 30% Muscat which shows itself in the aroma. Fermented in stainless steel and the Muscat in amphora. Inviting floral aroma like you are in a flower garden combined with citrus.”
