“The nose is stewed fruit and almost a bourbon barrel thing. So, stewed strawberry, oak, sassafras, marionberry nose. Big stewed strawberry, balsamic, salt minerals, pepper, roasted pepper, pine( vice oak), marionberry, sage, pinch of tart cherry midway through. Super dark, well clarified ruby color. Full body. Slick as they come. I like this cab but I see the quirks that landed it on the outlet shelf. Good and interesting, not a cab that shouts left bank styling.”
