“Champagne Duval-Leroy Brut Reserve. Realised I like heavier reds, so naturally I prefer Pinot Noir dominant Champagne. Blended with around fifteen crus and a heaping quantity of reserve wines. PN/ PM/ C mix but at the right biscuity proportions.”
